Often assumed to be included as part of the actual spa warranty, spa covers across the industry have their own warranty and quality standard. Considered to be a replacement or wearable item, spa covers continue to be a source of dissatisfaction and frustration for most spa owners. The spa industry standard cover warranty is only 90 days. Entry-level replacement covers cost $299 then vary in quality to the commercial grade covers included with all of our spas at $599. When coupled with the heater issue mentioned above, customers often become angry realizing that the two critical items that create and then maintain heated water are not considered warranty items.

All “Coast Spas” include a U.L. Listed; commercial grade non-prorated 3 Year Warranty. The Commercial grade cover has a 5” x 3” high-density Styrofoam core and is double heat-sealed in plastic to further protect against water intrusion. It also is covered with a thick and durable, UV resistant vinyl material. With proper maintenance, you can assume five to seven years of dependability!
